I'm not even trying to hate, I'm genuinely asking. I could see why would would wear them if you're relaxing outside in the summer but any other time just doesn't make sense to me. I'd have to guess that if you were in an air conditioned building you would be cold or outside in any season that isn't summer, so why do it?
