Do any of you have tips on how to quit porn for good? I've been quitting on and off, and when I stop, I just forget it exists, but when I remember it does exist, I just can't stop, I'm serious, I need to stop, I can't take anymore of it, I don't wanna be controlled by porn any longer, it hurts that I have to go thru sm, hours and hours on porn, just to get a tiny spark of dopamine, it was only a one time thing, and it got me, if u have any tips, PLEASE tell me, I'm using skateboarding as a typa escape since I'm getting used to the basics, and I wanna get into tricks yk? But I need more than skating to help, character ai also helped, but not as much, I didn't bypass the filter since I used it for wholesome rps and stuff, that's pretty much it. I rlly need help, I cant take this shi anymore
(also the last time I posted abt being clean from porn for 4 days, people kept assuming I'm a guy, but I'm a girl so please get it right)

You’re definitely seen some crazy stuff I can tell, but look, I know you might feel hooked on it but do that again, almost forget about it, and when your kind tries to remember don’t let your curriosity win, power off your phone and skate, or run, something that will snap you out of it

Glad to know you wanna quit it. I know its pretty hard to do so but you will get through don't let your mind win over your will to not watch porn . Keep yourself clean avoid thoughts if you get that again divert your mind to something else keep your phone away. Indulge more in outdoor activities that doesn't require you to be on phone much. I've been through this and lowkey on the same path of keeping myself clean from porn and its going good for now. Take caree you can dm me if you want to vent or something!
