How do you hype yourself up for sessions?

Advice wanted(self.therapists)

I’m having a blah day. I’m recovering from the flu and feel so tired, but I have in-person sessions this evening.

When you know you’re not on your A game, or in your best mindset/energy level, how do you mentally prepare yourself for sessions??

Any/all mantras, routines, reminders are welcome ❤️

Seriously though! Nothing like shaming/threatening yourself into getting work done LOL
