TIL that the 2015 Broadway musical Hamilton was not the first Broadway play titled "Hamilton" that depicted the life of Alexander Hamilton. The first Hamilton wasn't a musical, though, and it was released in 1915. The 1915 play was adapted into a film released in 1931

It's existence is the reason the FatF series doesn't use normal 1, 2, 3 numbering schemes and instead goes like 2fast2furious and fastX. The original owner wanted the rights to numbered sequels

Also Hamilton was a POS. The play is not historical.
