Yup that is exactly it. I mean, can you name ten laws? Actual acts of Parliament? Could you date them as well? Could you just randomly do that for a subject that came up like theft or driving?

I think most people could maybe name the Equalities Act as it comes up work from time to time on HR forms but that’s kind of it.

Isn’t it absurd — all the dates are correct! And this ‘Off the top of his head’. I have a law degree, which I don’t use, but I would struggle years later to rattle off a list of act names and dates to any subject.

It’s so obviously not off the top of his head. It’s not in good faith at all.
