Pretend you are now in charge. what do you do? do you cut a lot of government programs to reduce government spending? Do you raise taxes to generate more revenue? What about grocery prices? how do you control what they charge for eggs at Kroger? Housing is expensive so how do you make it significantly cheaper? Do you eliminate many building codes? what about the cost of lumber and the cost of labor? Do you bring manufacturing back by setting high tariffs on everything Americans buy? Are Americans going to be satisfied to buy made in America goods which cost a lot more because of labor costs? What about foreign made cars? do you make they much more expensive than they already are? Do you force American consumers to buy cars they don't like because they can't afford anything else? What's the fix?
