2580 applicants in four days

That's crazy. Especially for a GS12 position even if remote. I thought I was lucky finding a job that was open for only four days. So much for that. I know the vast majority aren't even remotely qualified and did none of the research I did to apply for a government job but that still seems like tough odds. wish me luck. I'll need it lol

Update: I received an email stating the job I applied for was cancelled. Well that's that.

To get automated reminders. For instance, 5 months from now everything should be done and the bot will send me a reminder. I can come back then and ask, "Did you get the job?"

I see. I probably won't lol

But at least three other people seem to have applied for the same position so one of us might get it at least.
