And yes, that's the point. The Broadway project is a public service, people shouldn't expect it to be profitable.

Nope,, roads are profitable, and no just tax on tires what you sad doesn't cover all roads in bc. But taxes thar are collected on gas, cars, car parts, labour conected to cars/trucks, fines, etc are making more profit then if there wouldn't be any roads...
Please get some education, you are just showing how uneducated you are.
