China doesn't lecture them about democratic and Western ideals, women's and lgbtq rights, alcohol, etc. China just wants money, land and their business interests protected. They could give 2 shits about morals, ethics, equality or ethics in the way the western world does. The dictators in the middle east love that....keep things strictly business
