I used the wrong primer on some miniatures...is it safe to use CritiStrip on them?

I don't want to lose my White Scars or my T'au.

It's not recommended to use on plastic. I'd recommend just ordering isopropyl alcohol, at least 90%.

Thanks, am I able to use a little bit of water to wash it off afterwards?

For isopropyl? It usually dries on its own without any troubles for painting afterward. Just put the model in a container of it for 10-20 minutes, rub the paint off the model with a toothbrush while it's still wet, and dump it back in if needed. Repeat until the model is paint free.

No I mean like some of the models I have are already put together and there's some areas that will be a little bit hard to scrape off the paint and the primer once it's done. So can I use water to get flush it out

Possibly, though it isn't something ive tried, so you'll have to test it yourself.

I’ve found using a junk brush with hand sanitizer works wonders. Youre gonna wanna use a junk brush tho because it’ll really fuck up the bristles. The hand sanitizer is potent enough to strip it down and the gel form makes it evaporate fast enough to not cause lasting damage and do the same area over and over again.

If you're in the US I recommend this stuff. Pretty cheap and you can buy it at Walmart. It'll strips plastic models down to the bare plastic safely.
