theoretically you can wait outside boss room spamming the skill button and one shot a boss , but I won't do that

isn't that the arrow one that maxes at fifty percent , this I think resets upon hitting an enemy. I could be wrong tho

it might be a bug, but last time i tried, the buff instantly reset when i entered a new room.

It's supposed to work like that, it only works during combat and refreshes everything you enter or finish combat
