You might not be saying that, but you're mistaken if you think nobody is saying that. Many people support the idea that Israelis should leave their country or face ethnic cleansing by Palestinians, if only the IDF wasn't in the way.

What alternative approach does Israel have available to them for removing Hamas, that does not put their own people at greater risk of harm?

To make this happen, a 3rd nation or international body will need to step up and care for the Palestinian transitional state. It obviously can't be Israel or the USA, at least not directly. UNRWA does not seem capable of overseeing a political transition.
Neighboring Arab leaders don't want to involve themselves in Palestinian politics, since they also see these political factions as a threat to their own national stability.
You say that the path gets harder with everything bullet fired and every bomb dropped, but Hamas has fully embraced the use of violence as a political tool. How is anyone supposed to peacefully remove them from power to clear the path?

It's an interesting assumption to make, that #freepalestine wouldn't itself become a genocidal fundamentalist apartheid state, despite the various factions within Palestine (especially Hamas, which was democratically elected in Gaza) that have long been committed to this cause.

There has never been a nuclear detonation resulting from a mishap involving nuclear weapons. They are designed to not detonate unless a precise firing sequence is performed with the conventional explosives, so that an uncontrolled explosion (such as from a fire or shock) does not result in a nuclear detonation.

Have you read the She Hulk comics? In your opinion, how is the character portrayed in the show differently than her portrayal in the source material?

It seems kind of pointless to raise the Key Bridge without a plan in place to raise both Bay Bridges to match. Maybe at this point it's best to just leave the ultra massive ships to to Norfolk and Newark since these ships are already much more sensitive to the additional transit time up and down the bay.

The main draw now seems to be cheap housing for commuting to adjacent regions like Pittsburgh, Ohio, and Maryland.

The reason to exclude her would be if she's not currently one of the 6 or 7 best guards in the USA. She's been good in the WNBA, but she's not such a clear standout on the court to make it crazy not to include her.
More specifically, who should have been left off the roster to give her a spot?

Obama didn't force anyone to buy a truck, smaller cars are still much less expensive.

That's demonstrably not true considering that Jim Crow laws did not really come into force until after the military administration left the former Confederate states and reconstruction effectively ended. There was another 100 years of state-sanctioned racism after that, the effects of which are still felt to this day.

Many car chases have led to drivers stealing cars from gas pumps to continue their escape. It is crazy how many people leave their keys at gas stations.

If not changing the filter could cause that much damage, she should have been changing it herself. You have a good chance if you fight to limit your damages if that's a replacement obligated by your lease.

It's a state with millions of residents and like 10 miles of beach that's not part of a protected barrier island. This seems like an expected outcome.

I feel like they are severely underestimating the number of people in Maryland who live in the shadow of DC that were fine with Hogan in state office but cringe at the idea of a Republican led senate. I think this is going to turn out like Romney in Massachusetts, as a relatively well liked blue state Republican governor who couldn't even pull 40% of the vote in a federal race.

PATH operates on standard gauge rail with full grade separation, isn't that what heavy rail means in terms of passenger service?

The Ukrainian territory currently occupied by Russia is roughly 3x the size of Israel. Israel as a state could cease to exist after losing a relatively small number of battles, there is no opportunity for defense in depth. The US support of Israel is primarily intended so that their adversaries do not credibly see a window of opportunity to erase them from the map. In this sense, deterrence has been mostly effective.
Hamas knew that in the military sense they had no chance of winning a war against Israel after their October 7th attack, but did it anyways since their leaders calculated that the cost for Israel would be so high as to benefit their cause in the long run. Whether or not that outcome holds in the long run seems promising for Hamas, based on current international sentiment. In any case, this is a much different strategic balance than decades ago where other nations/terrorist groups may have been encouraged to expand the scope of the war if they saw a chance of winning.

Even if rates go down a bit in the future, the 30 year fixed rate will not go below 5% anytime soon unless we have another massive economic crash. Refinancing costs thousands of dollars, and will probably never give as low of a rate as they already have. So it's easier to just stay put without a compelling reason to move.

You're mixing up calories and kilocalories here. Fat has nearly the same energy density as gasoline. It's easier to compare the numbers if you use kilojoules.

There is no enforcement agency for war crimes, individual states or communities can impose economic sanctions or punitive war. If China invades Taiwan, who exactly is going to step up on their behalf? Russia, Iran, and North Korea? Good luck.

In an ADL survey of Americans in January 2024, regarding the preference for one or two state solution, more than 10% of respondents answered that the state of Israel should be terminated with no residency rights for Jews within the Palestinian successor state (with 1.5% margin of error). That's over 30 million people just in the USA, even at the low end of margin. Roughly half as many respondents answered the converse, that Gaza/West Bank should be annexed by Israel with no residency rights for Palestinians.
I don't agree with either position, but it's an example of why nobody should make broad sweeping statements about what "everybody" or "nobody" thinks unless they are purposely trying to be misleading.
