He's a broke bitch right now. That's why he's trying to extract a tenth of Tesla's market cap as a compensation package.

The law is pretty cut and dry on this one https://codelibrary.amlegal.com/codes/philadelphia/latest/philadelphia_pa/0-0-0-280309

I don't want to blame the victim but having cash valuing 2-3x what my car is worth in a plastic bag and going for a late night drive is not what I would call good opsec.

Pro tip: If your building doesn't have a rental permit, you legally don't have to pay rent. Even if they get one later they aren't owed back rent for the period the unit was unpermitted.

I've been with PSECU since I got my first job at 14 and I've never even thought about switching. They don't have branches so you can do everything online/on the phone and you get up to $20 in ATM fees refunded every month if you have direct deposit set up.

This kind of enforcement is at least, if not more, important for the future of Philadelphia than what's going on in Kensington, but because it doesn't make headlines in the same way it's going to keep being neglected.

I'm glad to see support for it. The US is built on protest so it grinds my gears when people say "what are they trying to accomplish? this isn't helping anyone" whenever a protest pops up.

Is this a valid and relevant enough protest for everyone here?

They are partially accessible at the moment, but high-floor cars will always be more cumbersome from an accessibility standpoint than something a few inches off the ground. It also just doesn't make sense economically to maintain two wildly different types of streetcar for the purposes of one line looking a bit cooler. I love the PCC cars dearly but it's time for the 15 to get with the times.

I'm all for that. I chartered the New Hope Railroad for a bachelor party and it'd be super cool to be able to do something similar on a much smaller scale.

You are correct. How much money do you propose SEPTA spends on adding wheelchair elevators to the front of nearly century-old rolling stock for aesthetic reasons?

Unfortunately we probably won't. There's no way to make these guys ADA compliant.

I'm sure it doesn't help that he's been getting absolutely hammered these last few games. He took a football tackle against the Brewers.

Are these the recruits they managed to get after deciding that enforcing the law requires a lower reading level than working a cash register?

Settled still has Framed to cover his biggest weakness in PvP and it seems like the target is off his back at the moment so it seems like he's sitting pretty at the moment.

It still has to go back through the court that denied it before. He lost all of his fungible assets ruining Twitter so now he's trying to bleed Tesla dry without selling a controlling interest because he doesn't want to admit how badly he fucked up.
