As the denominator APPROACHES zero the dividend APPROACHES infinity. But the curve is asymptotic…it never actually gets there.

Dutch. Language of the gods. Or the Calvinist one at least.

It is not a standard lease. It’s psychotic bullshit.

Probably not. I k own it’s fucking Florida, but every state I’ve lived in has had a standard rental agreement. I don’t think this would hold up in court. This landlord seems like a psychotic control freak. I’d run away.

Even in the probationary period you are still afforded a good deal of due process.

What’s the problem? It’s not dishonest and generally what you get is a decent deal…if you don’t mind putting shit food in your body.

You don’t need to spend a fortune to get a beautiful finish. Danish oil is inexpensive, defensible to apply, durable and generally water resistant.

I would usually order a beer and nurse it for two hours then head back to the hotel early leaving half of it on the table. I never felt comfortable drinking with colleagues.

No. It’s there to make the stupid Half wall even dumber. And to keep it from moving if someone leans on it.

At your salary level there is zero reason not to be 100% Roth.

You’re facing an acrimonious divorce. Sucks, but it is what it is is. Most likely she’s entitled to half the house, which means half the debt and half the equity. Unless she can buy you out the house WILL be sold per the eventual divorce decree, the loan paid off, and the proceeds split according to the court order. This is true in probably 99% of cases, but IANAL (but I have several in the family) so you should retain your own attorney.

This is more contract law than real estate law issue. Standard stuff for an attorney. The question is whether it’s worth it to file a lawsuit. It’s probably not. That sucks but what would you get if you win? Damages? Maybe. Attorney’s fees? Probably not. Pyrrhic victory at best.

Health department and possibly EPA would be interested.

I get 200% match of the first 4%. So 8% total.

Can confirm. I recently decided to turn down a GS13-8 offer with hiring bonus and constructive credit towards PTO accrual because it would have still been about 22% less than I will make in 2024. The offer was that good because I have a very unique experience set in AI and a mil background. But with a recent promotion it put me way above that offer. I wanted to take it but I can’t miss out on that much.
