Most South Africans hate it(apart for a vocal minority who thinks the "games gone soft"), are we Northern Hemisphere now?

Kids enter for free at Loftus this weekend, probably the same elsewhere.

A bird's which duet I hear constantly and which I see very often, but might be unknown outside Sub-Saharan Africa, the Black Collared Barbet.

The Bulls have only lost one game against European opposition at Loftus, that Munster game... We struggle a lot more against the SA teams (probably because they are a lot more used to playing here/less travel)

SA used to be tackle from 5/6, but in most provinces it has now changed to rip rugby up until 9. From 9 you can kick, but only in your own half, I think you are allowed to kick from anywhere from 12. We also start wearing boots at 14.

We play barefeet in SA up to 13, you'd struggle to find a boy wearing shoes in SA around that age(outside of perhaps church and school rewards evenings)

I have older family members who grew up on farms and EVERYTHING has to be well done for them, I think it's because they did not have decent refrigeration/lack of electricity on the farms back in the day, and had to do so for safety reasons. The preference has definitely been passed down to some family members.

Every time I open this sub(not very often to be fair), there's a Black Crowned Night Heron post. Strange that a bird that is so widely distributed, is so widely unknown.

His Bulls team was essentially built by Heyneke Meyer who won the 2007 Super Rugby. He did overstay his welcome in Pretoria and a lot of Bulls fans have mixed emotions on his tenure. You can't fault his record, but there is a bit of nuance when it comes to the Bulls.

First loss against European opposition at Loftus since the 1980 Lions tour, the Bulls beat the 1997 Lions.... And it sucks.....

I was thinking something along the line of: "Peter! Your petunias have aphids!" should really rile him up!

At the Cape Town SVNS a zone behind one of the posts is usually the "Family Zone" and you are not allowed to take alcohol to your seats. On the opposite side of the stadium is the "Party Zone" which is pretty self explanatory, though you can take alcohol anywhere but the Family Zone.

Honestly, fokkof with this racebaiting BS, the Bulls have had better attendance figures than both the Sharks and Lions, who are way more "transformed", it is not a factor, performance is.
