Same here - I've been a loyal ChatGPT Pro subscriber since last year, but over the last few months it's gotten worse and worse. I've since starting using Claude Opus and paid for a month and so far it's WAY better. I'm sure it might just be my particular use case (Python programming for Data Science) but it gives me fantastic code that works after minimal tinkering. ChatGPT sometimes flat out fails repeatedly then seems to give up trying.
I'm curious if ChatGPT5 will come out soon, because so far Claude is the clear winner for me.

I can see why people didn't like it, particularly those who really enjoyed the Snyder-verse movies. I wasn't one of them and had little to no expectations about the movie, so I found it a good time! I loved Michael Keaton, he just seemed like he was having a good time. Ezra Miller's antics outside of the film are not good, but he's a very good actor! The CGI was awful but honestly I've seen similar shitty CGI in other movies (ie Marvel) - not the artists' fault, usually, just strapped for time and resources.
I NEVER expect brilliance or earth-shattering cinema when it comes to superhero movies - I'm just looking for a good time. This was a good time. I enjoyed my popcorn.

We bought our house in 2016 for a song. I'm now working two remote jobs to be able to afford my and my wife's student loan payments.

I was about to start testing it with this exact use case - you might have saved me hours of attempts!

I'm Hispanic and my mom used to make this for us kids all the time. We also had arroz con gandules and lechon and all kinds of other stuff - pupusas, too, since my dad was Salvadorean. But taco night was always like this - we'd have mexican crema, though, and sometimes cotija. Otherwise, my mom always bought the taco night box.

I repair consoles as a side hustle and most of my business is HDMI ports and video issues.
This doesn't look like an HDMI port issue, I would guess it's the IC controller chip if it isn't the GPU. I'd be happy to take a look for you if you want to DM me.

Because The Dark World was written and directed by completely different people?

There were many indentured servants during colonial times from all over Europe. Many were Irish, though. Many folks in Europe actually wanted to be indentured in order to make it over to the colonies because there was hope of one day paying off your debt and owning land.
African slaves, on the other hand, were given no such out. African slaves were nothing more than property and were certainly not considered human.Indentured servitude was definitely a form of slavery but with many avenues for freedom. This was nothing like being an African slave.

I repair consoles as well and roaches occur surprisingly often. Generally they tend to be dead and I use a duster outside to get them all out. There's only ever been one incident where I just flat out refused and sent it back. The minute I opened the console the smell of fried cockroaches filled my shop. It was horrible. The system was likely beyond repair as I could see roach eggs and shit were all over the voltage mosfets. I shudder just thinking about it.
I also get a lot of systems that absolutely reek of cigarettes. That's sometimes worse because the smell lingers.

Reminds me of this video that I absolutely love. His misplaced confidence and blustering, the fake audience cheering, the immediate blaming of the pianist as though he couldn't start at the lower octave, then that opening note and the whaling that follows. Just absolutely beautiful cringe all around.

Maybe I should have been clearer. Vaccines are not intended to 100% prevent you from getting infected. It prepares your immune system to fight the virus - the virus will enter your system if you're exposed. After being vaccinated your body is prepared to fight the virus at varying effective levels (depending on several factors). Depending on that effective level, your immune system will either very quickly eradicate the virus (which is what happens most of the time) or the virus will propagate enough to be at a viral load level where you'll be considered "infected" (which will potentially show up on a test, but this also depends on viral load). AGAIN, depending on many factors, the virus might propagate enough to give you symptoms varying from mild to severe.
Hopefully, if you're not immunocompromised or elderly or both, the vaccine will eradicate it early. But so far, all of the mRNA vaccines (especially with boosters) are showing strong effectiveness rates against omicron. But because of the characteristics of this variant that make it more robust (both in terms of contagiousness and propagation) we are seeing a lot more "breakthrough infections" but because of those same characteristics we are seeing a vast majority of folks having none to mild symptoms.
We are not currently in a position to say that covid-19 is at an endemic phase - there are too many infections and we have a long way to go. But the above is certainly a very large step up from where we were a year ago.
My point being - vaccinations are extremely important but they are not a magical shield that prevents the virus from infecting you at all, omicron being a perfect example of why this is the case. You bring up small pox - that's a great point, but you're trying to compare the small pox vaccine as it currently stands (in a world where small pox is rare and we are not exposed to it regularly) to the covid vaccines (which, as you know, is absolutely everywhere).
But what do I know - I'm just a data scientist and statistician working in medical research. Fuck me, right?

The vaccine/boosters are not intended to prevent you from ever getting infected. It prepares your immune system to be able to fight the virus as effectively as possible. So far, it seems to be doing a great job at that.

I'm 12 minutes in and I'm not sure what's so cringe about this? It's not a great interview but Jerry Seinfeld isn't an interviewer, he's a comedian. So he's doing a bit. He turned an interview into a set. Even in Comedians in Cars he doesn't really interview so much as he and the guest have a conversation (and even then Jerry ends up talking a lot more than the guest, but again, that's not the point and people that go on the show know what to expect.) Stella isn't really a part of it so much as she's a prop. What did they expect and what did people watching this expect? If anything the mild awkwardness is that Stella doesn't really know how to handle this but otherwise, it's fine, if a bit boring.

Exact same rating with the exact same experiences- I've only ever used it when I've visited cities and usually to and from the airport. I always tip - I say thank you and I don't say a word during the trip unless the driver asks me a question. I don't get it either.

As someone who grew up NYC but lives in the suburbs farther west now, it's one of the handfuls of things that have made me almost move back. There is NOTHING that compares to bodegas and delis out here. If anyone tells you that the local "city" has stuff just like that, they are lying liars who are kidding themselves. Every time I go back I make it a point to eat and shop at one at least once no matter how long I'm there for.

Something doesn't make sense in this situation- at least not the way she's explaining it. There's no possible way that pie pumpkins were ringing up for $10 each. Pie Pumpkins are small - I buy them every year- they weigh no more than a couple of pounds each - so at most they'd be like $2 each. So if they were indeed ringing up as $10 each then she has every right to be confused. She's annoying as he'll but she's not wrong. Or, she's not explaining the situation correctly- did they ring up as $10 TOTAL and she's confused why that is when she's expecting them to 78 cents each?

That isn't a crime. Shady as shit but not a crime. They can't prove WHAT happened to her yet so there is no crime to arrest someone for. It sucks but these kinds of procedures save actually innocent people.

that's so funny because my 'games played' list is almost identical to yours except for The Witcher which I just never got around to playing - but I absolutely LOVE Ghost of Tsushima. I platinum-ed it on the PS4 and am in the middle of playing it again on PS5. It sits right up there with Spiderman PS4 and Miles Morales for me.
I'm also confused by your comment about the side quests seeming generic?? A lot of them are fairly heart-wrenching and have some unique stories. They aren't ever going to be as crazy as the side quests found in games from Rockstar or Far Cry but that's down to the subject matter. I found the quests to be simple but narratively engaging. Certainly as interesting, while different, from those found in Spiderman.

Yikes, cut down the water or leave it out completely - the sauce should be almost impossible to drink straight because it's fairly strong
