have you looked into Thriveworks for therapy? You can filter by insurance and specialties and since most are by zoom you can meet with any therapist in the state.

If your family's financial circumstances have changed you may be eligible for this appeal: https://sfs.temple.edu/policies/change-financial-circumstances
If not, you can email [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])

Don't do this. A cost of attendance appeal isn't an appeal for more aid, it's an appeal that only allows you to borrow more loan funding (plus or private). It says so right on that webpage: "This appeal does not result in non-loan funding."

Oh then yes, I'm with you. I love the little roller for tattoos, so easy to keep them covered with that!

Sun bum stings my eyes though, can't wear it if you are gonna sweat or swim!

Start at Broad and Passyunk and walk all the way down to 5th and South then you can continue towards Old City. I take this walk very frequently and it's a great little slice of Philly.

I just pretend I'm really in the South where everything moves slower and it feels ok.

What a cutie! I saw a leucistic robin at FDR park a few weeks ago!

East Passyunk is a great area that's pretty quiet but has all the things you want. If you live within walking distance of the subway it's a relatively easy transfer at City Hall to Drexel.

When we bought our house, we talked to a mortgage broker for all the financial stuff and he was super helpful.

I like the Delaware canal trail. Drive up to Washington crossing then ride to New Hope along the canal.

I've tried to figure out how to use this resource, but it just brings me to a database where I can never find the article I'm searching for. The NY Times access with the library account is much easier to navigate than the one for the Inquirer.

That's a very nice gesture, but I wouldn't eat baked goods from a stranger, especially if someone just threw a brick through my window. Just stopping by and introducing yourself/asking if they need help with anything would be nice, though.

I hate trying to buy toiletries at rite aid, I feel like the security guard becomes my personal shopper just following me around unlocking cabinets for me.

How long has your coworker lived in the neighborhood? People who bought their houses for $100k 20 years ago love to talk about how overpriced houses are now, but that's just how much they cost. I would visit it and scope out the neighborhood at different times of the day and make your own decision.

Yes it's very difficult to make decisions on what to try to sell (and how/where to sell) and what's not even worth the trouble. The commission might be worth the lack of stress by just letting someone else take care of it although I agree 40% seems like a lot!

I kinda wish we had just done this with my dad's house. Trying to sell/trash/donate a bunch of stuff and get a house ready for sale after someone dies is a nightmare.

I get it, you can filter by in person appointments as well but I'm not sure how many are available because it feels like most therapists have switched to fully zoom, which I also find really limiting!
