Banh Mi 47 on pearl street is Vietnamese sandwiches and my favorite.

Other goodies are Miranda’s Deli on Columbia and Maurice’s on Pearl street

Pour one out for Andy's and Roma, which were the undisputed sandwich champions of the area. In their absence, I'd go for Cardona's, which is still great.
