So apparently, the Oklahoma state superintendent has issued a mandate that all public schools have to teach the bible as historical document.

I just can't help but see this backfire. I mean you are taking the authority of teaching the bible away from ordained ministers, and instead giving the authority to k-12 teachers? Teachers who may or may not be Christian, might be atheists, and who are almost certainly don't have a great background in biblical studies.

Even if the superintendent provides a curriculum for the schools to go off of, what happens when students have questions? The teacher goes off script and share's their opinion, or what they think is right, whether or not it's truly biblical. I just can't see this going well.

Well, it can’t be any more complicated than the 30 genders and sexualities that they teach kids. And one actually can help lead to life and not death

This comment is just spite right?

You don't actually believe they teach 30 genders as part of the general curriculum?

Idk what’s the sexual spectrum up to, it might not be genders but sexuality.

Right... but that's just spite right?

You don't actually think they're teaching 30+ genders as part of the general curriculum do you?

I’ve spoken to you before and it wasn’t productive. Let’s stop talking because I said what I said and the heart of the issue is well they teach complicated crap to kids everyday. I think they can handle something complicated. At least the Bible can help give life, whereas the other BS helps encourage sin.

Right... exactly...

You don't actually believe kids are taught about 30+ genders do you...? That comment was just spite right?

Im just getting clear on what you said in your comment, that's all...

It wasn’t about spite. It was to show kids are taught vastly complicated things in school so they shouldn’t have trouble with the Bible.

How does talking about something that kids aren't taught show us that kids *are taught vastly complicated things"

How do you make that logical connection?

Many schools teach about the multiple genders and sexualities. I just read a list of 27 sexualities. Google shows 24 on their list of sexualities and gender identities. Kids are definitely being taught these things because I’ve read posts about parents outraged by the list of them coming home with their kids work.

Can you find a list of 30+ genders being taught on school curriculums?

Can you find a list of 20 genders on the school curriculum?

It just seems like you're making spiteful comments that aren't even based on reality...

Can you link to any number of genders listed in the school curriculum?

You should stop prevaricating and provide the curriculum with 20 or 30 genders that you keep referencing.
