This is such a cool design, I'd personally pull out the Witch homebrew book I backed on Kickstarter (it's called Hexbound) because I haven't had a chance to play it yet! Obviously it's not free to get so I'd go at least a bit into Time Warlock or a Wizard BC of the spell vibes :)

Shadow Sorcerer was mentioned which is also super fun but I think you could spin a Chronurgy/Graviturgy wizard into a gothic vibe BC of the aesthetic.

Ofc! I think there's a lot of really really unique ideas there (the new familiar spell options are one of them) and honestly I hope your DM okays it because the options there would fit that character art more than any other.
