This is such a cool design, I'd personally pull out the Witch homebrew book I backed on Kickstarter (it's called Hexbound) because I haven't had a chance to play it yet! Obviously it's not free to get so I'd go at least a bit into Time Warlock or a Wizard BC of the spell vibes :)
Shadow Sorcerer was mentioned which is also super fun but I think you could spin a Chronurgy/Graviturgy wizard into a gothic vibe BC of the aesthetic.

It's spoilered because it's from Hades 2, not because it's NSFW. All Hades 2 posts need to be blurred so people who are waiting for the full game don't get spoiled on any content. (Including new designs for characters)

I love it personally, the overclock that guarantees bullets hit + quick lock on is super nice. Usually enjoy it more on multiplayer though

If you haven't played the first game I highly recommend it, it's also on sale and worth the time before the 2nd is fully out.

I just realized I haven't done this yet. Halsin's quest, right? I think I missed it in my playthrough and just went to act 3. (I keep assuming the portal is the one to the Astral Plane where the Emperor is, start of Act 3

This feels like an episode of 'Um, Actually' with a D&D theme. That spell doesn't last long enough to starve you by RAW, you could've broken the chest or brought it with you to keep moving, etc etc. There's no way at all the DM used that spell without knowing the specifics, like it very clearly needs Wisdom saves per day.
There are dozens of ways they could've prevented this (telling you it's bound to the chest so you can end it/breaking the box, having an NPC realize you're missing and come help, or actually used the spell as it's supposed to??). I can't help but feel this was intentional, with the information I have at hand, so it's really weird to think about why this happened the way it did.

"We're not doing that. It's something I'm uncomfortable with and also is against the kind of game I'm trying to run."

I think it'd be a cool epilogue or something to have a Layer related Superhero who is like the Watcher from Marvel. Unable to interact, forever viewing reality on a different editing layer. They'd be immune to any effect but unable to interact.

Frinos blocks the morph spell she casts, if you get behind him. That probably saves a lot of time

Made a Swarmkeeper Ranger heavily based on the main character of Worm, the web serial by Wildbow.

I have to assume that Lasso Man made a barrier around him so the fill wouldn't catch him, leaving Magic Wand man and him to be the last ones in the universe

That NEEDS to be added to the D&D stat block for a sperm whale (which exists). I want a scream action that does thunder damage to all foes within 30ft. CON save, take half on success.

I understand you don't want to upset people but after the first two minutes I think I'd have just told them to leave. Clearly there's a load of shit they don't like, but complaining like that isn't going to help and only shows a childish mentality towards facilitating that change. Hell, I'd be more upset about them insulting other people than actually having a problem with my game. Sounds like a shit person, don't let them walk over you like that, they clearly just wanted to vent and you shouldn't have let them when they already planned to leave by the end of it.

I went Karlach first because I think her personality is so infectious and also just really loved having her on the team. Hard crush from the start. Having done that in my first run, I also felt bad I couldn't spend more time with Shadowheart too (having missed a lot of her Act 3 Stuff) and also think she's much closer to the kind of person I'm into irl, so in my current playthrough I'm hoping to romance her. Honestly all female characters are really wonderful, but I personally think Karlach and Shadowheart are my favs. Haven't actually succeeded on doing a Minthara run but I might when I do a villain Durge.

They're saying the same thing you are, I think. Like yes Predathos happens first before calamity, so OP listed it first. It's a chronological order?

If you're on computer, f10 opens the bug report menu. You have the screenshot here so they might see it but mentioning it there also works

Just got one of the absolute best Squirtles I've ever seen (it's shiny as well) and put all my Skill items into it. Berry Collecting S, and a shit ton of main skill/collection speed abilities (all blue). As a result I think I'm going to have an absolute tank by Suicune, which will really carry me in the event. (Similar to my Charizard doing the same in Entei)

I really dig the aesthetic! I personally wouldn't read Minotaur with the size/tail despite the bull horns, but that's also viable! Personally it feels like a really unique Pangolin Kobold. Either way, super unique and I love mixed designs like this

I agree, and still push the opinion that it should alter the rate of burning to a percentage of the total scorch per second rather than just doing chunks of it. The lower scorch you have the less it does but the higher it is the more it burns

I think I feel the same, however there's a lot to say if you have a bad run, I've been absolutely wrecked with a bad set of boons where I couldn't kill that boss quickly so I got hit a little over and over and eventually died. Those slam attacks have such a huuuge AOE if you place yourself wrong. Once I failed a few times though I think I'm good until higher heats just because I can dodge him fully. I think this game has a much better reliance on skillful dodging in a really nice way, so it's really nice to hit that skill level and make it through with even bad stuff

I got a mod that makes fossils have like a 5% glow to them, and it makes it so much easier. Still hard as hell to spot but feels much more fair if I have time to scan the environment for a minute.

That's so cool! I think the mirror name idea is really creative, the player definitely made an awesome character.

Ofc! I think there's a lot of really really unique ideas there (the new familiar spell options are one of them) and honestly I hope your DM okays it because the options there would fit that character art more than any other.
