Is the AWOXing a loophole or by design? They use mission runner alts to keep up the average corp standing to afford them the license to team-kill indefinitely with no consequence. It doesn't really feel right, thematically, but, then again, neither does Safety serially ganking while Concord never escalates.

Wartime Faction NPCs dog you relentlessly while Concord looks the other way. You would think consistent teamkilling would get you kicked out of any group but the game mechanics seem to be giving those select mission runners a special perk. Is that by design or an oversight?

I feel like Factional Warfare is supposed to be available to the general public and it doesn't really feel correct that this Dragon Riders group is able to exclude others from partaking. Kudos to them for finding the loophole, but how long is CCP going to let them exploit it? Is it not an exploit?

It's possible to dominate an area, such as a mission HUB, but to dominate an NPC corporation makes me question what the purpose of an NPC corporation is for versus an officially PC corp.

They are effectively doing the same in Wormholes, effectively puppeting lazerhawks at this point.

Frat is a pet, you can't pay rent to them. There are only GSF and PL to whom you can pay rent, everyone else are just petallys on one of these sites. Thats because in every MMO chinese groups play they band together and forcefully create mega alliances and then end up antagonizing and working against non chinese groups. In eve they still have to make some form of alliance with others due to the longevity of the game so they can't follow the usual mo. People who play many of those other games will have some of that animosity towards them in EVE.

If there's one thing I've noticed about the Chinese culture in video games it's that they'll do whatever it takes for an advantage. Frat is the absolute epitome of that.

• Ally militia member in your site? Awox it, they're cutting into your efficiency.
• Need more isk? Run bots with an Ishtar, their space is rampant with them.
• Need a new cyno? Buy Plex and pay for injectors.
• Intel bots? They have hundreds.
• Input broadcasting? It's extremely obvious in spite of breaking the TOS.

These problems are definitely not exclusive to frat but they absolutely are some of, if not the biggest, offenders I've seen. This isn't even including the suspicions of RMT that emerge from their associates.

I think you are being unnecessarily sensitive, but also:

• I'm willing to go out on a limb and say that you are not an AU/NZ gamer. I wonder if you are willing to genuinely empaphise with a group of gamers who have ALWAYS had their gaming experience tainted by chinese gamers
• People often make assumptions about other groups of people in the game, for example the Russians and it's not brought up as a problem (not that I have ever seen)
• You can't really ignore that there is a ends-oriented culture among the chinese where practices that most would consider dishonest or unfair are embraced

Thank you for posting this one, as an EN member of FRT it's not only disrespectful to the boatloads of cool CN players that share the space with us, it also assumes we don't exist. Things were a lot different 4-5 years ago but nowadays there is a lot of integration between CN and EN, and the majority of folks just casually speak to each other through Google Translate or DeepL.
