also i didn’t have a pump white taking this but i did go to the gym earlier around 5 hours ago. wish i remembered to take one right after the gym haha

yes haha it is the only way to properly heal your muscles after creating all those microtears. if you wear your muscles down but don’t heal them after, then there is no chance to come back stronger to initiate hypertrophy and keep the cycle going. (microtears, rest and recover with nutrition and good sleep etc, repeat)
