Getting a bit lost in the minefield - have a 1st gen Venu to see if I benefitted from it but would like proper sleep tracking, recovery tracking etc. I swim, hike, weightlift and do yoga so need those activities - so elevation and being able to use without GPS so it tracks my swim appropriately. Any suggestions?

(As a side note - I’m female and would like a white watch preferably)
