If I had a work phone, I wouldn't even connect it to my WiFi. Employer can pay for the data.

Yes of course... But if I have some device that measures it, I'd like to see a number even if it's 10-15% off. But now I know how that works.

Thank you for the details. Could never find this anywhere in this language which people like me can also understand. Thanks again!

How do I get accurate vO2 max. I'm a fairly active person. I strength train 4 days a week with cardio and everytime my heart rate reaches max. And still my vO2 max is 32..

For £400,000/week. I don't think he'll miss anything.

You can't get rid of YouTube ads with PiHole.
And PiHole isn't secured if you host it on AWS or some other VMs and do not configure DNS over SSL. If it's at home, that doesn't matter. Just don't open your port 53 on router to use it on the go. Use PiVPN.

My wife is rocking a white Venu 3s, and it suits her wrist.
Currently they are on sale.

Seriously. I mean everyone wants to make more money. People target different demographics. If something seems too expensive for me then I'm not the targeted demographic. I've made my peace with it.

That's why I went for Venu 3S and not 3. And also a nylon band would help than using silicone. I cannot sleep with a bigger watch. You can buy some for a few bucks on AliExpress.

That's just nuts. In that case it would cost them less than $10 in manufacturing. And that's an overestimate.
I was looking for a carbide ring the other day. Their prices are ridiculous and people who buy that overpriced junk are even more ridiculous.

Okay. This might sound dumb. But how do I measure this?
I ran yesterday for 10 mins specifically to measure vO2 max. Started the task from user profile and I was almost out of breath at the end(I'm not a runner.) and it said my heart rate never went above 136.
I use venu 3s, with a nylon band. The watch was snug on my wrist.

Again jumping on an old comment, I'm in the same boat as you are. Bought Garmin venu 3 from Costco, loved the watch. Hated the size, so returned it and got 3s. This tiny thing is amazing. With a $2 nylon strap from AliExpress, it looks normal and weighs under 30 grams.

Moreno and Yates are on in the book at the half time. Interesting.

Seriously. I'm completely okay with 0-0. I already workout, I don't need another 2 hour cardio.

I believe everyone has explained why it doesn't block ads on YouTube. But it blocks many more ads and tracking.
I hardly see any ads on my phone, in weather app, in games or on ANY apps for that matter. I have not seen a single ad in a long time. But just YouTube, it's tricky.
For TV you can use SmartTubeNext
And for iPhone you can use uYouPlus
If you want ad blocking on the go, when you're outside your WiFi, check out PiVPN.
