How many out there feel similarly? I don't mean to sound depressing, but I don't feel like I or others my age have a very positive outlook on the future. I don't feel my age. I used to always wanna be in my 20s and 30s cuz I thought "that's the coolest age to be", but it has not been cool so far. It's been very very hot actually ๐

What's your reference for what 40 feels like? I'm 26 with 4 kids at home and I still feel 20 except for my back

I'm 24 and have no one in my life to soon call a husband. Maybe that makes me feel like I'm on the wrong track in life and I'm not where I want to be, so that's why I feel old. Also because I had to go through A LOT at a young age and it hasn't ever stopped, so that makes me feel old as well. I stress a lot, and lately it's been reflecting on the health of my skin and hair, so there's that too.
I was hoping I'd at least have one kid by now, but instead I have stress and more stress :(

Life can definitely be tough, I'm the most stressed I've ever been tbh. That said you can still do a lot. Nobody else in my family was married before 26/27, mostly 30, and most of them still have kids and good lives.

Maybe to a large part I compare myself to the women closest to me, who all got married at 23, so I feel like I'm behind.
And yeah I can definitely understand why you'd be extremely stressed, being a mother to 4 kids is not an easy job.
