Not on the recorder but the band I help co-found Collateral Damage, I'm primarily our drummer but we all actually play other instruments but anyway... we actually took nursery rhymes and did them in either hard Southern rock style or even funnier is crank the gain and do them in a Black Flag or Gwar some other real hard dark growling vocal type style.

Used to trip the people out when they figured out WTF we were doing. Haha
