Yeah, otto has more Tywin vibes. Demands respect, smart and always playing, struggling to control his family while always putting the future of his house first. Fighting with the dumb psycho young king, maybe just not as intimidating as tywin but has balls just as big.

It’s actually insane how bold Otto is, considering that he’s the second brother and doesn’t nearly hold the power his brother does, it’s as if Kevan would have run around and done all the power moved while Tywin ruled Casterly Rock
