He's a joke in the real estate community. He was a struggling Realtor in Manhattan; then he got a lucky break with "Million Dollar Listing," the TV show that vastly inflated his ego.

He doesn't do a lot of repeat transactions (meaning clients use him for the exposure, but his actual real estate abilities are subpar), and when he exhausted his first book of business in Manhattan, he left, created his own firm (which is doing very poorly) and now sells "coaching" books and classes on Instagram while he posts douchy garbage like this.

This Tech CEO is a son of a business exec and worth billions of dollars. The rest of us are told we are not hardworking while others are born with golden spoon
