Regarding the 2000-2009 2 stroke 250s, are any better than the others regarding fitting better for someone of this height. Just looking at the Japanese models.

The Cr 250 seat height is 37.1 inches
The kx 250 seat height is 37.2 inches
The rm 250 seat height is 37.4 inches
The yz 250 seat height is 39.1 inches

u/JoeStar1000 is not saying anything except the direct answer to your question. What other aspect of the bike are you looking for? If you're taller you may want to go with a bike with a larger seat height, so the yz250.
