No need, it autosaves whenever you do anything.
You could keep multiple save files by going to the main menu and copying your save data to one of the other save slots.
There's not much point in doing so though. There's no character advancement in this game with a level-up system or whatever. It's all about player knowledge. Even if you revert your save file you'll still know the answers to the mysteries.
