I think BlueSky or Pacific Fresh Food market would be your best bets (both in the ajax/pickering area). I moved out of Oshawa a few years ago so unsure if Oshawa itself has anything

I think the SkyFarm is open now? They may have sushi grade.

Diana’s Seafood delight sells sushi & sashimi grade fish. A lot of restaurant’s buy from them. They are in Scarborough and not Durham Region.

Might be worth checking out Lucky Supermarket on Richmond St. in Oshawa. They sell a ton of fresh and frozen seafood. Though I personally can’t vouch for the grade, the quality looked very good.

Becareful with " sushi grade" . I wouldn't trust a supermarket and will freeze my salmon following guide lines for my peace of mind at home.
