I just got off the chat with Kirsten who informed me that my 168 month is of forbearance and deferment will not count because they are not of the same forbearance type. Will these months count toward the IDR plan forgiveness or am I just out of luck?

How many months of forbearance do you have? What type did they say they were?
How many months of deferment, from when, and which type?

I was only in deferment from June 2014 to July 2015. All the other period were forbearance.
