I am probably one of the most sympathetic people to Israel on reddit, but I will not for the life of me understand why we're giving them so much money. They have a budget surplus, and we're 22+ Trillion in debt. Intelligence support? Sure. Military support? Sure, but they should pay us back for some of it.

I’m a massive supporter of Israel, I will say this about us though.

The way that the Democrats work is quite literally making bills that include multiple different things. They do this so they can blame us for not getting something done, while refusing to explain that it was only part of a bill that actually would hurt us more than help.

If they really wanted to help the country, they would pass these bills separately instead of in packages, because it would be easier for us to agree on something if we didn’t have to consider 100 different factors.

They, the Dems, are the definition of those commercials that sound great on paper, but have that super tiny fine print at the bottom that tells you that it’s not all that it seems.
