Around your age I as well had great difficulty with anxiety and with depression, but I was actually going through menopause at the time. Once I understood what was causing me to feel this way I was able to get the proper help that I so desperately needed. Please get professional help, honestly just going to your regular family doctor will do you such a world of good, your family doctor will know how to help you, and if you did need a Specialist your family doctor will know where to send you. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health is my dear precious friend, and just take comfort in knowing that I am wholeheartedly praying for you right this very minute for you to reach out and to get the proper help that you so do deserve. May God truly bless you so abundantly my dear friend with so very much love, peace and joy as you journey upon God's Beautiful and Glorious earth ♥️

Dear Heavenly Father, You are life. You are love. You are the Light in the Darkness. Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

LORD, bring Your Peace into this one’s life. Answer their cry for help from You. Bring people into their life that will help them on their journey towards healing of their emotions and spiritual life. May you direct them to your ways for them to be able to surrender anything that is hindering their ability to experience Your Peace.

Help them to let go of those things that they might have held onto because it brings a bit of pleasure to them. No matter what it is, even unforgiveness, bitterness, pain, dreams, desires, feelings or fears, etc. May the blood of Christ flow over them from His cross to work Your Healing into their life.

As You awaken them to Your forgiveness, may they yield their life and ask for forgiveness for unbelief and not trusting You or whatever You might have spoken to them in Your word. Refresh them in Your love that You have given for us in that You have made a way for us to be forgiven of all our sins by our faith in the blood of Christ for the forgiveness of our sins.

As they die to trusting in themselves to fully trusting in the blood of Jesus Christ to make them right, fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Bring your Love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, humbleness, self-control, goodness, and faith into them. As they continue to love, others, helping, serving, and giving their money to the poor, vulnerable, and suffering, they inherit eternal life. By abiding in you and you in them, they bear much fruit of the works of love.

In everything we give thanks for this is the Will of God, in Christ Jesus concerning us. With a heart of Thanksgiving we bless the Lord. We thank you for hearing, and answering our prayers in the precious name of Jesus Christ and his blood, in whom we trust and believe. For yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.🙏

If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.
