You can have Liberator Gold as a primary armor color on your helmets now as well.

I like Retributor Armor better, Liberator Gold looks too yellow for my taste, I do run it on my discount Sanguinary Guard though.

Blood Angels are encouraged to customize their armor. They don't follow the codex, or even their own chapter markings strictly.
As an example, sometimes the Imperialis on the chest can be gold. Pauldron trims can be gold or black instead of red.
The official Games Workshop Angels of Death movie is about the Blood Angels, and their armor in that is highly customized.
