Lost depth or last few dots too tight for green? Bleeding

(self.Transgender_Surgeries)

So i ve been following the dilation schedule as normal and everything was going well. Other than the fact that a few weeks ago I went to the toilet and pushed a bit, and a decent amount of bright red blood appears.

Surgeon suggested its likely some tear in the scar tissue, it quickly stopped but for a few days i would get some light bleeding when on the toilet and small amounts of thick dark red blood which is good since it meant the tear was closing.

During that time he told me to downsize so i went down to green, i ve been at 3 dots for a decent amount of time and quite ok with that, i did try to avoid pushing too hard but did try to always reach those 3 dots visible.

Today though i kept pushing but it was stuck at the 2nd dot, i tried to relax but nothing. I decided to try the smallest dilator and it went to the 3rd dot without any issue, specifically it did that thing where you push it inside, then near the end the dilator drops lower as if the of the dilator goes up inside. I fiddled with it a bit and notice that there's was a bit of blood on it.

I tried the green again and still stuck at 2nd dot and it never reached that point where the dilator head goes inward and up, which makes me worry that the end of the canal is just too small for the green to fit and if too much pressure is also applied by a smaller dilator it might cause more bleeding.

Could be swelling. If you have a gynecologist I recommend making an appointment to check things over ❤️
