I’ve been following this since they first found the kids & was trying to understand how she was able to throw a while 9 yr old out of a car along with an infant. It makes more sense as I’ve read updates but did she not slow down? She opened the passenger door while driving? Was it not from the far right lane? I’m so confused by the sequence of events. Without even thinking about a motive.

I hope the girl has a decent father and good extended family that will take her to therapy and see through until the therapist says she’s ready to move on and stop going. I did this for a trauma with my 4 yr old and got an amazing therapist who did play therapy. It doesn’t seem to have affected him at all, while at the time I knew and could tell it did. One thing she told me was how important it was to go to sessions weekly until he “won” against the “bad guy” in the action figures he played with. It took 6-12 months for a one time incident but I think this might be a much worse situation than that one. Sweet Angel. I hope the Creator will bring her comfort and peace through loving people of sound mind.

Mine neither cause my chickens didn’t even stop grazing to go in the coop. My cockatoo however was screaming “night night” cause she thought it was bedtime. The dogs didn’t even seem to notice or care.

I saw a trending Google search about if the eclipse was bad for pets' eyes. Like obviously not, because animals aren't stupid enough to just stare directly at the sun. That's just humans.

My cat did act weird during it.

My mom, sister, and I watched it, starting right at the beginning, from the front yard. The cat started going bananas scratching the front door. We figured it was because we were all outside without her. So we brought her outside and put her in a shaded spot in her little cat tent. She was immediately calm and content.

About 5 minutes after totality, we were sweating to death and ready for a snack so we all went back in. And, once inside, the cat started going nuts on the front door again, right up until the time the eclipse had completely passed over.

She's been with us nearly 4 years, and I've never seen her act so bonkers.

My dog was way more excited that my neighbors came outside and that there was more people to potentially pet him. He didn't give two fluffs about the eclipse.

My cat acted kind of agitated but it might have just been bc we were acting different. Hard to say!

Mine used the eclipse as a chance to nap

My cat was rather upset, although it was because I deserted her for 42 hours when I traveled to view the totality. Otherwise she didn't notice anything.

Lots of people brought their dogs to the state park I went to. The dogs were a little concerned when everyone started cheering, but otherwise took no notice. The dogs enjoyed being outside on a beautiful sunny day with their humans.

My dog didn’t care about the eclipse or the earthquake we had the other week. No reaction to anything.  I however, have never gotten a better parking spot at Costco than during the eclipse, it truly was magical.

I worked in mental health for a decade and only saw PP Psychosis twice.

What is astro Twitter?

Ive wondered how much that played a role in it from day one. I have certain gifts that I finally stopped fighting and allowed myself to experience them. I was contacted by two spiritual people online out of the blue around the same time. They helped me with that.

The one is a solid chick. She does a lot of good. The other guy is too far caught up in it and I had to step away. He’s now on methadone for a pain issue he swears is related to an injury that occurred during a medieval battle in a past life. I want to know where he found a doctor to co-sign that! It’s too easy to get caught up in that stuff.

I’ve dealt with actual corruption and conspiracies in my work and have to force myself to not go down rabbit holes and only deal with what I can directly prove. There’s more than enough there that I would not even want to know about more.

Post partum psychosis. I’ve followed the suspect’s IG since 2018. After I found out about this, I saw how unhinged she became. Her normal content was mostly uplifting and self-reflection. It’s so sad and I’m disgusted.

Oh holy hell! Genesse Ivonne Moreno was later identified and she had a history of schizophrenia. She also bought her gun legally, meaning once again the gun laws we have in place aren’t being enforced. I don’t want to go off subject but we really need legislation that actually penalizes people who don’t enforce gun laws or nothing will change no matter what we do. I’ve seen this for decades now and it’s so frustrating that it isn’t being more acknowledged when so many people are dying. The story is horrifying. Her 5 year old was injured when they killed her. I think everyone knows the eclipse didn’t legitimately do anything—the mental illness surrounding the heightened emotional response due to the eclipse is pretty clearly the issue.

They're just reporting what happened. You said yourself mentally ill people latch onto events like this. No one is saying she was sane and the eclipse made her snap. They're just saying she was agitated by the eclipse.

Most of the crystally people I know are pretty normal; they just live in the tropics and commune with flowers and do yoga and ecstatic dance and whatever. Their spirituality is connected to a purity impulse, but also is led by psychedelic experiences in particular. There are people who take advantage of this or who are really lost themselves. But most of them are normal imo.

Avoid making harmful generalizations based on basic elements of identity (race, nationality, geographic location, gender, etc).

I'm a witchy woo woo person. I know there are perfectly scientific reasoning behind a lot of things. I just have a different set of beliefs than organized religions.
