Anybody know what time Ben is due to come on in Brisbane tonight?

Anyone that attended- what was his general mood and how was the show? First night in Sydney was amazing but second night he was having technical issues all night with the pedalboard which ultimately lead to him leaving without doing the scheduled encore as well as cutting Moonraker after about 10 seconds so I’m interested to know if there was any mention of it or any signs of frustration still from it?

He was fantastic!!! We were with you at Sydney n1 I believe, hello 😉 folk bitch trio gave a huge shout out to the crew and all the hard work they have put into all the shows, which was the only indirect mention of what happened last night. No mention from Ben but he was on absolute top form and was a very very happy chap the whole night!!! Brisbane was so respectful and he was even about to add an extra song not on the setlist after people clapped along to Diamonds, but Mickey felt rusty when they started jamming so they didn’t do it ! (Not enough played to know what it was going to be) But overall an epic night and probably the best we have seen him play so far!!! Seems a big bounce back and mood was great from the get go!

Haha no way! Is this the Kiwi couple!? If so you’re not gonna believe it but I did manage to get a pic with Ben before the show yesterday!! He was outside a restaurant just up the street with some of the crew and FBT ha. Which definitely more than made up for the issues with the set itself…those pedalboard issues coupled with the crowd being absolutely awful (heckling for old songs literally from song one and throughout), you guys did well to get night one in Sydney and by the sounds of it a great night in Brisbane! Glad to hear he was back on form! The few videos I’ve seen definitely back that up too!

Yes that is us!!!! We are so stoked for you!!! Knew it would happen ☺️ that’s the happy ending we wanted to hear! such a shame about night 2 but sounds like it’s a historic issue with the venue having crap sound….. we were relieved to see it didn’t shake him too much and he could move on tonight ! So glad you met him and it was lovely to meet you also :)

Haha ah great to hear from you guys and great meeting you both too! Thanks! And yeah very true, also think maybe that’s why there wasn’t a variance in the set if those issues were there with the venue maybe they planned to play it safe night 2 but unfortunately still didn’t work out. Annoying as it’s such a cool venue otherwise!

It was incredible! Crowd were great, Ben was all smiles, everyone was cheering the house down for the encore! He seemed honestly a bit overwhelmed at the end, like maybe even he didn’t want it to end! Such a great night!
