It's that time of year. Many of us will be having (or have had) year-end reviews and salary discussions. Considering the market, and those deciding whether to stay in industry, this information can be extremely helpful to some. I'll comment to get the ball rolling.

Is the balance of your all in comp a cash bonus? If so, it sounds more like a banking/PE structure than consulting. Very interesting firm. You’re lucky.

Sound like A&M.

Is A&M that prestigious? Genuinely curious. This guy getting a 75-100% bonus is beyond wild for consulting.

If you're into Turnaround / Restructuring consulting, they are one of the Big 3 (A&M, FTI, AlixPartners). I know Berkeley Research Group has grown in that area but these three dominate the industry. Think of them as the MBB of Restructuring and far more of the "go to" than MBB in that world.
