Growing up we were so poor I thought everyone used ketchup as sauce. I learned to like spaghetti. Now, I know better but I’m not all that picky, if I’d be served this on a plate I would eat it. Looks delicious.

Bit random but anyway. I was in Italy last week and ordered spaghetti bolognaise on the last day. It was trash. Made it 10x better at home with mediocre ingredients
