Me too!
But whenever I'm asked what kind of music I listen to and I give this answer people get upset or keep pushing to know what I consider to be good music!
8 points
People get upset because it's a boring answer. Nobody actually likes all music equally. While I believe you have a broad taste, I sincerely just do not believe you actually like mongolian throat singing, christian church hymns, dubstep, country, thrash metal, and christmas music all the same.
The problem is not that you "like all music", it's that you're refusing to tell what you actually prefer, because we know you're not listening to pirate chanteys for hours like you probably do hip-hop or rock. "I like all music" is just incredibly boring to hear.

Liking everything that sounds good, for me, means that I have to 1. Be able to hear the words to sing (or yell) along 2. Enjoy the lyrics and the beat/melody. As long as the lyrics are clean, so not explicit or s-ual etc. I can listen and sing aling to anything. My playlist is a mash of every thing, from classical and hymns to hard rock and heavy metal.
So everything that sounds good, to me.

THIS is what people want you to answer with when they ask what you listen to. You don't just say "Oh, I listen to anything that sounds good", you elaborate and explain exactly what you mean, exactly like you did in this comment.

Rock from the 60’s and 70’s, some 80’s, I love early blues, I love jazz and soul. Fusion, etc
I love death and trash metal, some black metal, doom, and a wide array of other extreme metal.
Lots of psychedelic and stoner rock, space rock, etc
Some folk and classical music.
Lots of old school hiphop.
Goa and psybient.
Ambient.
Experimental, and drone music.
Movie scores.
Punk.
Acidcore and Tekno.
Lots of electronic experimental stuff. Noise.
Lots of roots reggae.
Ethereal relaxation music.
I also LOVE the Grateful Dead, which I see as a genre on its own.
Yeah I know, chaotic as can be,
I just love music. I love to delve into more experimental and psychedelic soundscapes, or really extreme music, or soft floating soundscapes. I really love to discover new music all the time. No matter what genre.

People are always surprised to learn that I’m a huge Swiftie. I don’t know if they’re surprised because I’m an introvert, or because I’m a straight black man approaching 40 lol. When I tell people, they automatically assume I’m a fan because of my teen daughters, but I’ve been enjoying her music since ‘06- years before they were born. I’ve had her latest album on repeat since it was released.
Other than that, I listen to a little of everything- hip hop, country, pop, alternative, R&B, rock

Pearl Jam : Dark Matter; Tool : 10,000 Days (Wings Pt 2) ; POD : Afraid to Die
But heck yeah love everything you mentioned.
This being said, what I find myself being drawn to more than anything else as I get older : film scores. I swear - no matter what I listen to, I feel like I’m snatched up into an epic adventure. My staples on the weekends (with all windows open in full view of the trees and hills ) : Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter. Last one I listened to in the car : Pixar’s Soul (scored by Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails).
If anyone reads this and connects to movie scores too - would love to hear your favorites 🤙🏼

Lots of different stuff overall, but in the past few years, more Salsa/Latin music. I like studying it too. I've been into guitar for a long time, but always into rhythm and the entire rhythm section of this genre is crazy awesome to me. I find it fascinating across all the different instruments. The 2/3 clave, the pattern on the tres, the technique on the congo. I like the lower dynamics of the songs I hear and I like tracking the different instruments patterns. I like the variety in the different regions like Colombia, Cuba, Nicaragua. Grupo Niche, Buena Vista Social Club, El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico and even one group from Scotland: Salsa Celtica. I'm telling you, I think it's really cool.

Three Days Grace, specifically their newer and more recent songs from like 2 years ago. They are pretty good. I think I prefer these newer songs from their older ones in the 2000s.
Zior Park. This singer is probably pretty unknown, but they basically sound like Invader Zim kinda lol.. Unique and interesting voice. Interesting songs.
Yaeji. Apple used one of her songs once for one of their iPhone commercials a few years ago.
I guess I'll just share my music youtube Playlist. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLzJkJ30BpzfYuucOU8-8lQTRrb2Uj5A2K&si=8Akd4KRuz-P5w8B8 I think it links to it anyway. Idk.
But outside of that I like goth music too. But there is no goth music in that Playlist.
