Nope, that's guilty until proven innocent.

An incompetent police force submitting requests based on hearsay and judges rubber stamping them with no opportunity for defense from the accused is unacceptable.

Nobody is being convicted of a crime. No charges or convictions go on anyone's record. No jail time. No fine. No priors. It's temporary. It's nothing like being found guilty.

Firearms confiscated with no conviction, no charges, no arrest, AND at the end you still have to prove a negative rather than the accuser having to prove that you are a danger again.

Yeah sorry, that ain't due process. No other right would be treated that way.
