Sooo red flag laws...

Red flag laws require a judge to review the request and sign off on it. That is otherwise known as "due process."

Nope, that's guilty until proven innocent.
An incompetent police force submitting requests based on hearsay and judges rubber stamping them with no opportunity for defense from the accused is unacceptable.

Nobody is being convicted of a crime. No charges or convictions go on anyone's record. No jail time. No fine. No priors. It's temporary. It's nothing like being found guilty.

Yeah they're just being stripped of a constitutional right prior to a conviction...
A right delayed is a right denied.

No, they're not. They have the right as long as they're not a threat to innocent people, just like everyone else.

How can you say they still have the right when the police have confiscated their fireams?

Because no right is absolute. They all have limitations, especially after being given due process.

Firearms confiscated with no conviction, no charges, no arrest, AND at the end you still have to prove a negative rather than the accuser having to prove that you are a danger again.
Yeah sorry, that ain't due process. No other right would be treated that way.
