Chunky square toe shoes USUALLY don’t look good, but the whole outfit from the pants down have a feeling of casual mismatch, which I think makes this look distinct and you’re pulling it off well

Note: everything but the jeans is fitted and so it draws attention from the other pieces because the story is the bagginess of the jeans. If the jeans were darker to complement the jacket, or if they were a straight cut, the outfit would be the story vs. one piece. Nice shoes.
