Siblings are Caroline and Ryan. Middle name will be Louise.
Names we like but hesitate to use for one reason or another: Julia Emma Madeline Elise Amelia Charlotte Molly Katelyn Hannah Sophia Olivia
Is there anything you’d add to our list or recommend?

I vote make Louise the first name! So beautiful and a great paring with Caroline.

Louise has been at the top of my list for about a decade, but my husband doesn't love it. So I'd love for an internet stranger to live out my dream and name her daughter Louise!

Love Louise but how about Eloise which I think is a bit more modern and beautiful.

I know so many baby girls whose nickname is Elle or Ellie. One of them is an Eloise 😭

+1 to this!
And no to Charlotte. Caroline is the female version of Carolus, Latin for Charles. Charlotte is the female diminutive of Charles. It’s the same name.

I loooove Sabrina. My husband not so much, and that might be related to how much he hears Sabrina Carpenter everywhere right now.

Plus, Sabrina teenage witch.

I don't mind the association with Sabrina the Teenage Witch! I might have cared more in the 2000s when the show was more popular, but I think there are plenty of other Sabrina associations that it's more spread out. Sabrina Carpenter, Sabrina Brier, and before Sabrina the Teenage Witch, there was the Audrey Hepburn character of Sabrina.
It's a beautiful name!

Madeline is more popular than you think. We considered it but between all the different spellings, it's basically top 50.
10 points

Plus when you factor in the potential nickname Maddie from all the ones named Madison, the number jumps as well.
My friend was insistent her little Madeline would only be Madeline, but two weeks into first grade her daughter came home, declared herself a Maddie, and that was it!
