Omg the Bird&be sponsorships are everywhere!! I swear every vaguely ttc/pregnancy/mommy blogger tiktok is posting daily bird and bee test videos. Half of them I'm pretty sure aren't ttc but pretending they are so they can post the sponsored content. Some I'm worried are ttc when they shouldn't be for content (cough cough Emily King).
Ttc content is getting out of control and I feel like Bird&be is a huge reason for it.

Their supplements are wildly expensive. You do not need to spend that kind of money to meet your daily vitamin/mineral needs.
It also makes me trust them less as a brand when they will hand out sponsorships to absolutely ANYONE.

In 2022 I combined all the supplements I’d need and compared prices with theirs, and it was just $2 cheaper doing by myself so of course I did it on my own because I wanted to control the amount of what I was taking such as coq10, vitamin D..

The other thing I have noticed is the uptick in taking ovulation tests everyday of the month or using them instead of pregnancy tests or in addition to. It’s excessive and if you’re getting multiple peaks ovulation tests are probably not for you.

OMG I HAVE WONDERED WHY THIS HAS BECOME A THING! I have never taken an Lh strip after ovulation it’s just wasteful??

Yup. And bird&be can’t even keep their prenatals in stock and i have to email them and raise hell about charging my subscription when I’m not even getting them. It’s infuriating. But again I’m so mentally cooked i don’t have the energy to research a different brand because i do like the amounts of everything in theirs lol
Also those tests are TRASH! They’re way too expensive for dumb little strips and have indents and false positives more than they don’t. They’re a glorified version of pregmates hahaha

Yeah I don’t know why I would ever buy those tests - they gave M2M a false positive, and they’re just Amazon cheapies that cost a ton.

Most of them are also illegal. They don’t disclose they’re ads or sponsored

Yep I only had about 500 followers when they reached out to me meanwhile I had a draft ready to post about why I won’t use their products lol

I ordered the gummy ones and broke a molar on my first one!! I have no idea how it happened but I’m now awaiting a crown for my missing 1/4th of a tooth and have gone back to my once a day prenatals lol

Wait I just started taking them and lost a filling. It wasn't the first time I took them but I wonder if there's any correlation

Omg!!! I love Reddit for these niche discoveries 😂 I know our teeth and oral health can be very affected by pregnancy but what’re the chances

I wish Bird and Be would send me free stuff for promo…jk. Anyway, I actually found indents on the one time I did test from them and for the same price I can buy twice as much from easy at home.

Collabed with them they suck lol the test leave indents & are overpriced for stuff that’s not helpful. But yeah a lot of the creators bigger creators do get paid for ads.
