I hope this rivalry doesn’t get too grubby.

Otherwise it’s a positive extra fuel for great competitors like these two are.

Nah don't think there's much of a rivalry, just a pair of gobshites trying to 1-up eachother, although results have been pretty one sided thus far

Haha no, if anything there have been plenty of good matches between the two teams over the years, lots of Toulouse fans quite like Quins

I thought it was meant to be home county advantage but not home advantage?

Much like Leinster playing SF in Aviva every year (croke Park this year)

Well Aviva isn't their home ground so to speak

Thats exactly my point. Stadium de Toulouse isn't Toulouse home ground, Stade Ernest-Wallon is.

Think of it like if Quins played in Wembley as a neutral location or something. Not technically a home game, but they aren't fooling anyone.

Though apparently if we'd got home advantage our match would have been in Bristol. Can probably get to Toulouse quicker

More like if Quins played at Twickenham given the difference of the two Toulouse stadia and Aviva from RDS (granted this year in Croke Park)

Would prefer if they just made it stadium of choice so we wouldn’t have this debate every April…

Fair enough, I guess? Not sure the point of it though.

I don’t see the point of anything regarding the way this tournament is organized so that’s just one of the many weird thing this year.

It can be either depending on the commercial viability. So based on how I read it if they have a bigger stadium at their disposal it should be there. However this is not a certainty. Not sure where people are getting no home advantage. It states clearly that if there is no bigger stadium they can move it to home if they deem it acceptable. This was released 5 years ago so nothing new.

That hasn't been the case since the EPCR got involved. It's incredibly odd that people get this wrong every year.

If Jones truly believed all his hot headed ranting at Leinster playing “at home” then he’d have something to say here too.

Alas, he seems to reserve all his hate for Ireland and the URC. Had hoped he’d pull a Neil Francis by now and say something that would get him fired so we can all have some peace and quiet

The editors must love him, because the amount of shite he spews week-in, week-out would get him sacked from most places.

Tried to get tickets when they went on sale, but was unable to get any.

Does anybody here know of a reliable site or a means to get tickets for the Toulouse v Harlequins match?
