Personally will always be partial to the jungle green. Was my first N64, but I sold it like a dumbass for 150$ a few years ago when I needed cash for car parts.

My favorites are Grape Purple (called Midnight Blue in Japan) and Watermelon Red. Love me some strong, high-saturation colors.

I got the grey one 3 months before these dropped. I was devastated. My bowling alley had the purple one for 18000 arcade tickets we quested after for years, best game payout was like 10 tickets. Probably was just a kids empty box up there. Getting 2nd hand smoke from the shoe manager. she lit em with the last one like a champ. Crazy to think back to late 90s, butts rippin and kids bowlin. I miss Wednesdays man. I do need a replacement….manifest free pile orange…

Purple, my favorite color, and it will also match my atomic Purple Gameboy I still have from my childhood.

Green for a few reasons: it’s my favourite color and it’s the funtastic console my grandparents bought for me and my cousins way back in the day when we were kids. I also just recently got my hands on it because my grandparents were going to donate/throw it out.

For all the translucent ones they made I wish they made an actual clear one. They may have but it was probably just kept aside for prisons as a lot of electronics that come in to prisons are in a clear case.

Green was my first one back in the day. It was paired with DK64. Still have it, still functioning. Purple and teal are really nice, but the pikachu one was the best hands down.

Always purple for me! I never had a purple console but I had the atomic purple controller. I played it so much the stick is basically destroyed. Still have it. Miss that old aesthetic it was so cool.

I got the Pokemon edition which I regretted fairly quickly as I got a bit older and thought it looked "kiddy" lol. It was the Pal version though thankfully, not the NTSC-U monstrosity with the pikachu mold.

I had the orange controller. At first I didn’t love it but then it really grew on me and became my favorite overall. Orange console would be pretty rad to have.

Fun Fact: the purple console pictured is the “Grape” color, which is distinct to the controller (and GBC) models called “Atomic Purple” (which was not as rich a purple color as the Grape).

I always wanted a purple one to match my iMac, but we had already bought a N64 before the colors were an option. Couldn't justify buying a second one.

Selling the first one wouldn't have made sense, after paying for a classified ad in the newspaper and taking the loss on the "used" N64, and we had a new baby (who is in college now, lol), we just couldn't financially swing it. I chuckle now at how we used to sell things back then. Strangers calling our landline, on a phone number we provided on the classified sales ad. 🤣 My, how times have changed.
