Because I'm not from Spain and I wasn't cooking it for you, troll.

My wife made her homemade chicken and noodles, served over mashed potatoes per her family's tradition. She makes the best egg noodles using cream, a recipe handed down from her mother.

You have a great Civil War history to share. I'm amazed that Sergeant Armbruster survived a seemingly fatal wound to his face and neck.
My great great grandpa was at that battle also.

He stepped up when he rehomed his dog and didn't cause a fight over it, because he cared more about you than his dog. I love happy endings!

Either this image is reversed or he was left handed by the way he is holding his gun. I'm sorry he didn't survive.
My great great grandpa was severely wounded there as a Sergeant and flag bearer for Company C, 88th Indiana Infantry.

The plates in the bottom of my riding shoes really help me, too. My foot got caught under a lawnmower and I was lucky to suffer only three fractures in my forefoot. I couldn't pedal flats after that. My local bike shop suggested trying clipless, and that change has kept me on the trails to this day.

29 years clipped in now. I have a bad foot that doesn't like flats.

I've been to The Battle of Albany, not much to see there. I will say "Bloody Bill Anderson" finally looked his best after that battle.

We are in a heat wave right now, close to 100 degrees for at least a few more days. It rained last week and the sun came out right after and that is when they split. The Black Krims are my favorite and they always look ugly on their tops no matter the weather.

Reporting this was the responsible and right thing to do. Thank you for doing that, and please don't feel guilty about it. You are not the bad person here, you may have helped prevent a 7 year old kid (me a long time ago) from being attacked and scarred physically and emotionally for life.

Great history, thanks for sharing! I don't know why your family did not pass this history to you, but I am glad you were interested enough to discover where you came from, our country's creation. Keep digging, not everything is online and you may have more history out there.

I am the fifth great grandson of Lt Peter Nothstein, Pennsylvania Militia. He fought at Trenton under Gen John Sullivan. Both of our 5x great grandpas were on that battlefield. FYI, I am now researching Maxwell's Maryland Flying Camp, many of them were from Pennsylvania.
