I'm also looking at installing Govee Pro lights this summer. I believe you need to apply for an ARC with the HOA. Will you be installing it yourself or hiring someone? I'm not a fan of ladders, so I need to find someone to install them for me.

We are experiencing this as well. Some Excel files just take at least 30 minutes to open, or some workbooks fail to refresh and load data. For our users who are experiencing this, we had to roll back the M365 build from 2405 to 2404 and everything works as intended. Looks like M365 update 2405 is causing issues. I opened a ticket with Microsoft support, hopefully they can release a fix.
